Requirement: The role is ensuring the smooth operation of our clients systems; you will be the face of the organisation; spending time on site as required. You will be handling the technical resolution of critical server/desktop problems and maintaining good relationships with the customer in difficult situations! In order to qualify for this challenging role you need to have the following:
Customer Service Skills

- Ability to be available for off hours support as needed
IT Related Skills
- Highly developed knowledge of Windows 2003 and preferably Windows Small Business Server 2003
- Windows desktop operating systems / back office suites including Microsoft Exchange
- Knowledge of Server hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft print services using network printers and standard TCP/IP port printing.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory integrated zones and Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and WINS.
- Administering and maintaining local area network, remote access via dial-up network and VPN technologies
- Knowledge of 3rd party applications i.e. McAfee, Sophos, Citrix, MYOB, MS Office etc
- Experience with TCP/IP and networking principles
- Creating and maintaining documents describing network and system configuration, and other configuration as needed.
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in IT systems support role MCSE qualification will be highly regarded
