We engaged Rob and the team at ITtelligent after being recommended to use them by our accountant. They are outstanding at helping us set up a new business, patient when dealing with all of our many requests and very knowledgeable on recommending the best IT set up. If you want IT support that is effective and easy, they are a great choice.
We have been with ITtelligent for 6-9 months. Some of our infrastructure is pretty old, and has caused some issues in reliability and compatibility as we have slowly been upgrading different pieces. With that said, ITtelligent have diligently worked through the issues and solved them in a timeframe that is often beyond expectations given the issues we have. There response to logged requests is super quick and the results always suitable.
We have been with ITtelligent for 3 years and in this time their service is first class for all our IT matters including rolling out a new server and desktops, managing multiple domains for us and servicing our interstate staff. They also have a very stable team which means they are familiar with our history/setup/requirements. However ITtelligent pricing structure, which is fantastic recently came to the fore front. Having used multiple IT support providers over the years, they have all charged by the hour. This can prove very expensive, hard to budget for and quickly see a small problem quickly become a large bill. Recently our internet provider upgraded our service (without ITtelligents knowledge). The new internet service we received came with a new IP address that, unbeknownst to us, had been blacklisted by Microsoft and a variety of other important services, as a known spammer. By inheriting this blacklisted IP address our website and email service also became blacklisted. The internet provider washed their hands of it and it was left to ITtelligent to clean up the mess. They literally spent days on it. With my old IT support company I would have expected a bill of $10,000+. ITtelligent did it all as part of our monthly package. Great service and great value.
